Its really interesting how the lord has placed us in families, and its for a very powerful reasons! Challenge, find a way to love your family more!
Well this week in the mission field was superb as always! So many incredible blessings, times when I saw the hand of the lord and just great expierences. The work is progessing here, and I have changed in so many ways here in the mission field. This week was the 11 week of my training which meant that I was to lead the area and direct plannning and a few things. It went really great! I feel comfortable and ready to become a better missionary everyday!
Next week we have the baptism of Carlos, Elder Kaelin will baptize and I will give him the coolest gift ever! The Holy Ghost. So that will be a great way to end the change! The change ends this next sunday, and we are thinking Elder Kaelin will be leaving this week because hes been here in this area for 6 months. I dont want him to leave but, I guess we will see what the Lord needs!
Dont have a lot of time, but a few awesomely funny expierences!
1. So, I have a picture for this as well, I was sitting in the kitchen talking to my mama simona, and im sitting on this cheap plastic chair, kind of thing, and there is a crack in the middle of it, and im just sitting there talking to her when all of the sudden I hear a small crack and the next thing i know im on the ground, I was always holding our dinner, luckly i didnt drop the food, but goodness you should of seen hermana simonas face, she just paused for a second, and then she just luaghed and laughed it was so fuunny!
2. There is a cat in peru whos name is Elder Marshall, The family who had the baptism this past sunday DAvid got baptized he is my favorite little boy! anyways, The got a cat named it after me, legit, I relaly just hope it doesnt get eaten by a dog, or die, cause that would be horriflicly sad!
My favorite joy in the mission field, is the opportunity to talk about he gospel, but this past week I talked about my family a lot this week, its funny when i tell them i have 5 sisters, there faces are like ouch pucha, sorry. but I love it, i love talking about family! Its really interesting how the lord has placed us in families, and its for a very powerful reasons! Challenge, find a way to love your family more!
